Wool project from Parma- Italy This project is due to the necessity to save a rare sheep breed native from Appennini Mountains which was in 1750 crossed with Merinos breed and producing therefore wool with good textile quality. We all together should think seriously to do something for environmental protection, I think we should consider of main importance human relationships to discover value of participation, of one`s own actions responsability, the pleasure to meet and also to find again products`s quality. We have sent wool free of charge to more then one hundred people who produced an object using any kind of technique ( weaving- jewels- fiber-art - crochet –-knitting a.s.o.) , Artissa from Belgium, France, Canada, Germaby, Holland, Polen, Spain and from many italian towns. With all these works we organised big show in different towns. May be that all together we can safe a breed.
